Refund and Cancellation Policy

At vCard Pro, we strive to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience with our digital business card platform. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Refund Policy

We offer partial refunds for our subscription-based digital services based on the duration of your usage. The refund amount is calculated using the following tiers:

1. Cancellations within the First 2 Months If you request a refund within the first 2 months of your subscription:

• Fair Usage Fee: A fee of $4 per month (for the months the service was active) will be deducted from your total payment.
• Net Refund: The remaining balance, minus the Fair Usage Fee and applicable transaction charges (see below), will be refunded.

2. Cancellations After 2 Months If you request a refund after 2 months of service:

• Minimum Deduction: A fixed deduction equivalent to 6 months of the fair usage fee (a total of $24) will be applied.
• Net Refund: The remaining balance, minus the $24 deduction and applicable transaction charges (see below), will be refunded.

Additional Deductions (Transaction & Conversion Charges) Please note that all refunds are subject to the deduction of:

• Transaction Fees: Any processing fees charged by the payment gateway (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) during the initial transaction.
• Conversion Charges: Any currency conversion fees incurred if the payment was made in a currency other than USD.
• These third-party fees are non-refundable and will be subtracted from the final refund amount.

General Refund Terms:

• No Questions Asked: We do not require a specific reason for refund requests, provided they are made within the eligible subscription period.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used during the transaction.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once processed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your subscription at any time under the following guidelines:

• Grace Period: Subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of the initial purchase are eligible for a full refund with no cancellation fee (transaction fees may still apply depending on the payment processor).
• Standard Cancellation: Cancellation is possible at any time. However, if the cancellation occurs after the 7-day grace period, the Refund Policy tiers (outlined above) will strictly apply.
• Stopping Auto-Renewal: You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. This prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing cycle unless requested.
